The redevelopment of the former Kensington Market involving the construction on a confined site of air conditioned offices and the ground floor and basement retail accommodation with roof terraces and a courtyard garden at the rear. The work consisted of steel framed with brick and stone elevations, double and triple glazed windows, raised floors, extensive service installations including sprinklers and an underground electrical substation.
