Category A refurbishment of the first floor office to Rubra 1, and the whole building to Rubra 2 including entrance lobbies. Works included stripping out of all previous tenants fittings and fixtures, wall linings, partitions and services together with the design and construction of new open plan layout, with new finishes to offices and toilets, mechanical and electrical installations, and interior design to entrance lobby and staircase.
