Design, refurbishment and category B fit out of fourth, fifth and sixth floor offices along with reception area on the ground floor. Works included stripping out to all floor finishes, partitions, redundant fixings and fittings. Redesign to client approved fit out to include meeting rooms, relamping, suspended ceiling repairs, recabling of voice and data installation, reconfiguration of existing HVAC and lighting system and full redecoration.
