The works consisted of project monitoring the building of a high bay warehouse with offices including special adaptions and modifications to enable the building to be used for airline catering. Whilst the warehouse was being built we were also instructed to provide Project Management and Quantity surveying services for the design and tender of the proposed fit out works as a specialist airline catering facility. The works consisted of food preparation including a hot kitchen, chilled and refrigeration areas, dishwashing, secure storage, staff amenities and despatch facilities.
