Alterations and fitting out of an existing industrial warehouse building to provide new airline food catering facility. Works included forming new dishwashing, food preparation and chilled storage areas, with new central plant and mechanical and electrical services installations. The project was undertaken in conjunction with landlord's direct works in a fast track programme.
