Alterations and refurbishment, in pre-designated phases, to the Grade I listed Town Hall building. The works comprised alterations, refurbishment, redecoration, general building work, upgrading and refurbishment of the existing heating system, installation of the new electrical system, fire and smoke alarms, and cabling for new voice and data ICT installations.
